What this site is
This site provides general information about data center projects and an introduction service that may connect you with third parties. We are not an architecture or engineering firm and we do not practice architecture or engineering. We are not acting as your real estate broker, securities broker, contractor, or legal, financial or investment adviser.
Architectural, engineering and other licensed services must come from appropriately licensed professionals under a separate agreement with them. Please confirm any professional's license and qualifications yourself.
Introductions
Submitting a project does not create a client, agency, fiduciary or professional relationship with us. We do not promise a response, an introduction or any result. Any deal is solely between you and the other party, on terms you negotiate with your own advisers. We do not own, list, inspect or guarantee any site, facility, provider or party, and we may be paid by a partner when an introduction leads to business.
